Execution:

Straight channels up to 5 mm, from 6 mm with left spiral 7 - 8 �. The bore body is notched and can be adjusted approx. 1/100 of the Ø of the manual hole with a screw (eg 20 mm Ø = 0.2 mm).

Application:

For enlarging the holes drilled with a small oversize. Straight grooves are only used for drilled holes. It is stored unscrewed.

• Cast aluminum alloys <10% Si up to 600 N / mm2, Aluminum - with short chips, weak alloy copper up to 400 N / mm2.

• Usual construction steels up to 500 N / mm2.

• Non-alloy improvement steels up to 750 N / mm2, non-alloy cement steels up to 750 N / mm2, nitrided steels up to 750 N / mm2.

• Use with cutting oil.
