According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of the persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, modified and completed and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector SC Global Electric Tools SRL has the obligation to safely manage the personal data you provide us about you or another person.
Users have the right to request the following for free:
- confirmation of the processing or not of personal data;
- rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of the data provided whose processing is not according to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001; ceasing the processing of personal data;
