Use the same drill sizes for thread diameter as for conventional tarot.
• For easy adjustment of the thread tolerance, always set a radius correction.
Start with the RPRG value recorded on the milling cutter. If the tolerance is selected in the Product
Selector, you will also find the recommendations regarding the correction of the Rprg value.
• Use a buffer gauge to check the tolerance of the first thread, and then insert -
if necessary - the necessary corrections. Normally the radius can be corrected 2-3 times up to
complete wear of the thread drill.
• In the case of dry processing, it is recommended to use compressed air for removal
the lighter the shaper.
